HOW DOES THE COOPERATION LOOK LIKE?

I. We meet to determine what kind of interior we want to create. This is the space where you will live - that's why I need to know your preferences, habits, needs and desires. Together, we analyze the existing interior plan and check what we would like to improve in it. If possible, I take an inventory of the interior. II. I am preparing a functional project. On the two-dimensional plan you will see the arrangement of furniture and the most important equipment. This is the basis for the next stages of the project. III. In a 3D model, I prepare a conceptual design. We select doors, floors and wall coverings, sanitary facilities, fittings, then furniture and lighting. We think about the exact appearance of custom-made furniture. IV. After the inventory, I prepare orders and make executive drawings, which consist of: - drawing of demolition and housework, - electrical drawing, - water and sewage drawing and ventilation, - floor drawing, - detailed drawings of bathrooms, - drawings of carpentry, - additional drawings, such as the design of the fireplace or suspended ceilings V. Supervision - I care about the best possible final effect of the project. That is why I stay in touch with the contractors, and I am also present at the most important meetings with them. Full author's supervision is also possible, with which you do not have to participate in arranging the house/apartment at all. At this stage, we also deal with issues that were previously difficult, such as the exact color selection of wall paints and the choice of fabrics.

HOW LONG DOES EVERYTHING LAST? / WHEN IS IT WORTH TO CONTACT THE DESIGNER??

Typically, my clients get a complete set of drawings for contractors 3 months after starting the project. The renovation works alone last 3-6 months. Due to the fact that for some contractors (mainly carpenters) and some goods (mainly wooden floors, fittings, furniture and lighting) the waiting time is even several months, I recommend contacting an interior designer about one year before you plan to move into the apartment/house.
